As a Supporters Service Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring our donors’ satisfaction and loyalty. As one of the organization’s primary points of contact, you’ll be responsible for answering questions, providing accurate information, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments. This position reports directly to the Fundraising Director.

Deep dive into the role

  • Respond to Inquiries: Handle incoming calls and emails, provide prompt responses, or route inquiries to the right contacts.
  • Document Management: Send out various documents to our supporters (welcome packs, membership cards, tax attestations) on time and ensure information flows smoothly within the organization.
  • Database Accuracy: Keep our database updated by precisely integrating files and data to ensure its reliability.
  • Stay Informed and Share: Stay informed about our missions and campaigns to offer clear and accurate information.
  • External Coordination: Maintain positive relationships with external partners and suppliers.Maintaining good contacts with external suppliers and partners.

  • You are starting out or have relevant experience: This is an entry-level position and a great opportunity for motivated juniors; prior experience in Customer Care or Supporters Service is a plus.
  • You are organized and detail-oriented: You can manage multiple priorities and plan effectively.
  • You have excellent communication skills: You communicate clearly and enthusiastically with our supporters, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • You are both autonomous and a strong team player: You thrive working independently and with others.
  • You are fluent in French and Dutch, with a good command of English.
